In this episode I talk about how we can start doing things that we don’t feel like doing. So many times in life, we don’t feel like doing a lot of stuff, we just don’t feel like it. 

But to achieve our goals and dreams, we need to overcome that hurdle, the hurdle of not feeling it.
We need to focus on doing the things we don’t feel like doing. 

So in this episode, I shared with you how I push myself to run long training runs (50km-100km) and how I push myself to do things that I don’t feel like doing.
