This was tough. 


Running 125km at Peak District with 15,682 ft elevation was the hardest thing. 
On Sunday I didn’t want to race, my legs didn’t want to go. There were moments that I just couldn’t. I closed my eyes and said I will just go. 


I learned a lot of lessons during this race, and I shared 3 lessons that you can take away and learn and apply in different aspects of your life.
